Summary
The court held that the evidence sufficiently supported Calloway's convictions, but Georgia's statutory successive-prosecution bar prohibited prosecuting her for felony murder predicated on manufacturing meth after her federal conviction for attempting to manufacture meth. Reversal of the felony-murder conviction unmerged the other convictions; the manufacturing conviction was also barred, while the possession-with-intent-to-distribute conviction was not and required resentencing. The court did not reach the challenge to the prosecutor's closing argument because that issue became moot. The opinion contains no separate writings.
