The court held that Uniform Superior Court Rule 21's right of public inspection includes the right to copy court records. It further held that, under the common-law and statutory context preserved by Rule 21, a court record must be filed with the court, so unfiled court-reporter audio recordings are not court records when a transcript of the proceedings has been filed. The trial court's order was affirmed on that latter ground.
