Summary
The court held that the divorce decree inaccurately stated Husband’s income by treating his bonus as additional to, rather than included in, his annual salary. Because the inaccurate income statement affected the alimony and attorney-fee rulings, those rulings were reversed and remanded for reconsideration using the correct income figure. The court upheld the inclusion of the bonus in the child-support calculation and its equitable distribution as marital property, and affirmed all other rulings.
