Summary

The court held that the wife’s motion to reform the divorce decree was an untimely collateral attack on the final judgment. Because the decree awarded her an equitable division of property rather than alimony, she could not use an alimony-modification procedure, and any challenge to the decree had to be brought within three years under the applicable judgment-attack statute. The court therefore reversed the trial court’s order reforming the decree.
