Summary

The Supreme Court of Georgia held that the trial court erred in refusing to hold the husband in contempt for failing to pay the required portion of his military retirement because each installment is a separate judgment and the dormancy statute does not bar enforcement. Applying Bryant and related precedent, the Court reversed in part and remanded for the trial court to apply the dormancy revival provisions to each installment.
