Summary

The court affirmed Hodges's convictions for felony murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault, concluding that the evidence was legally sufficient and that the challenged evidentiary, instructional, juror-conduct, and juror-excusal rulings did not require a new trial. It held that any error in refusing a coercion instruction was harmless because the evidence of guilt was compelling and the jury was otherwise properly instructed.
