Summary

The Court affirmed the probate court’s determination that the testator’s will was revoked because it did not clearly contemplate the birth of future children. A reference to dependents and government survivor benefits did not expressly provide for, or disinherit, after-born children. The Court also held that the court-appointed administrator timely filed the caveat and had standing to contest the will.
