The Supreme Court of Florida further amended Florida Probate Rules 5.240 and 5.241 to require that certain written demands concerning community-property rights be filed with the clerk. It also amended rule 5.550 to remove supported decisionmaking agreements from the listed alternatives to guardianship and to revise related terminology. The amendments became effective immediately.
