Summary
The court adopted the proposed amendment to Florida Family Law Rule of Procedure 12.340, excluding expert interrogatories authorized by rule 12.280 from the ten-interrogatory limit for additional interrogatories. The court declined to adopt proposed amendments to standard interrogatory forms 12.930(b) and 12.930(c) because the proposed request for information about all persons with knowledge of proceeding issues was too expansive. The amendments to rule 12.340 became effective immediately.
