Summary
The court adopted new Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Forms 12.985(a)-(g) to guide attorneys and participants in the collaborative law process for dissolution of marriage and related matters. The forms implement the Legislature's collaborative-law statutes and existing procedural and professional-conduct requirements, and incorporate minor revisions made in response to comments. The forms became effective immediately upon release of the opinion.
