Summary
The Court adopted Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Forms 12.985(a)-(g) to guide attorneys and participants in the collaborative law process for dissolution of marriage and related matters. The forms implement the Collaborative Law Process Act and corresponding procedural and professional rules, including disclosures, participation agreements, confidentiality, termination, and court filings. The amended forms became effective immediately upon release of the opinion.
