Summary
The court adopted amendments to Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.120 and 9.210 that eliminate the separate notice-of-cross-review requirement in discretionary review proceedings. Parties must instead identify independent review or cross-review issues in the statement of issues in their jurisdictional briefs, and the amendments authorize related cross-reply briefing. The amendments take effect January 1, 2021, at 12:01 a.m.
