In Re: Amendments to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.230

Summary

On its own motion, the Supreme Court of Florida amended Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.230 governing the Trial Court Budget Commission. The amendments change the required representation of judges and administrators, require representation from different court levels, revise term limits and exceptions, and delete obsolete provisions. The amendments became effective immediately upon release of the opinion.
