Summary

The court affirmed Morris's two first-degree murder convictions and death sentences. It rejected challenges to jury selection, the admission and exclusion of evidence, the denial of a mistrial, the sufficiency of the evidence, and the proportionality of the sentences, concluding that any evidentiary errors were harmless where applicable.
