Inquiry Concerning a Judge, No. 13-344 Re Susan B. Flood

Summary

The court approved the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission's findings that Judge Susan B. Flood violated Canons 1 and 2A through an inappropriate relationship with her bailiff, over whom she exercised supervisory authority. Because Judge Flood admitted the misconduct and the findings were supported by clear and convincing evidence, the court also approved the recommended sanction of a public reprimand.
