In Re Amendments to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.220

Summary

The Supreme Court of Florida amended Rule 3.220(b) to prohibit copying, photographing, duplicating, or otherwise reproducing any child pornography and to require the state attorney to make such material reasonably available to the defendant. The amendment aligns the discovery rule with the requirements of Fla. Stat. § 92.561. The order became effective immediately upon release of the opinion.
