Supreme Court of Florida
In Re Amendments to the Florida Family Law Rules
September 30, 201035 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 524
Summary
The Florida Supreme Court adopted two forms for proceedings to disestablish paternity or terminate child support and eleven forms addressing relocation and long-distance parenting plans. It declined to adopt a proposed relocation rule because the amended relocation statute sufficiently establishes the applicable procedures. The Court also adopted specified amendments to the family-law rules and made all amendments and forms effective immediately.
