Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed Tatman's sentences for violating probation. It held that appellate review of a sentence within statutory limits is extremely limited, that SENTAC guidelines are nonbinding, and that Tatman identified no permissible basis for reversal. The court also concluded that he did not show that the sentences exceeded the remaining Level V time on his original sentences.
