Summary

The Court affirmed Johnson’s convictions and sentence, holding that the trial court properly excluded testimony about the victim’s mother’s sexual behavior. That testimony was irrelevant to any fact the State had to prove, and its exclusion did not prevent Johnson from presenting a complete defense because he could still present the alleged motive in a less prejudicial manner. The Court also concluded that the trial court did not exceed its discretion in excluding the evidence.
