Summary

The Court affirmed the denial of Stanley’s motion to correct his sentence, rejecting his claim that the CCDW sentence was internally contradictory and finding no abuse of discretion in refusing to remove GPS monitoring. The Court nevertheless held that the probation term imposed for PABPP exceeded the statutory one-year limit and remanded for correction of that term. There were no separate opinions.
