Summary

The Court affirmed the convictions for Conflict of Interest and the trial court's other rulings except for the conviction for Official Misconduct. It held that the delayed production of electronic discovery and the refusal to disclose additional warrant-investigation materials did not establish a due process violation, and it rejected the challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence, multiplicity, evidentiary rulings, judicial comments, and appointment of counsel. The Court nevertheless reversed the Official Misconduct conviction because evidence admitted on the legally insufficient procurement charge created prejudicial spillover and remanded for a new trial on that charge.
