Edelin v. State

Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed Edelin’s robbery and related disguise convictions. It held that the evidence permitted a rational jury to find that Edelin’s demand notes, concealed hand, clothing, demeanor, and statement to one teller conveyed an implied threat of immediate force. Because Edelin did not move for acquittal below, the Court reviewed for plain error and found none.
