Thompson v. Fernbach

Summary

The Court affirmed the Superior Court's judgment because Thompson's motion for reconsideration was untimely and therefore did not toll the period for appealing the summary-judgment order. Because Thompson filed his appeal more than thirty days after the summary-judgment decision, the Court lacked jurisdiction to review that decision. The Court also held that the Superior Court properly denied the motion for reargument as untimely.
