Shaw v. State of Delaware

Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the denial of George Shaw’s motion to correct an illegal sentence. It held that the Superior Court had authority to impose up to the remaining Level V incarceration from Shaw’s original sentences and that Shaw offered no evidence of sentencing based on a closed mind. The Court therefore granted the State’s motion to affirm.
