Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the Family Court’s order granting the Father sole custody and primary residence of the Child and restricting the Mother’s contact. The Court held that the Family Court properly resolved the custody petition before the Mother’s criminal charges were finally resolved, appropriately appointed and credited the Child’s attorney, and supported its custody and visitation findings with the record, including reliable expert testimony.
