The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed all Family Court judgments arising from consolidated appeals concerning ancillary divorce matters, enforcement of a marital-debt order, attorney’s fees, and child custody. It held that Ex-Wife failed to establish excusable neglect warranting reopening of the default order, showed no reversible error in the enforcement and fee rulings, and did not demonstrate that the custody-related factual findings were clearly erroneous.
