Summary

The Court held that it lacked jurisdiction to review challenges to the underlying violation-of-probation finding and the original sentence because the appeal from that order was untimely. It nevertheless vacated the later corrected sentencing order because the Superior Court increased the required Level V incarceration without a hearing at which Guilfoil could be present with counsel, and remanded for further proceedings.
