The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed Grooms's conviction for carrying a concealed deadly weapon. It held that, viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the State, a rational juror could infer that Grooms knew the rifle was in the nearby cooler bag and intended to keep it concealed.
