The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the denial of Bradley’s motion to correct an allegedly illegal sentence. It held that the transition-supervision provision establishes a minimum six-month period and permits a longer probationary term when the imposed prison sentence is below the applicable statutory maximum. Because Bradley was sentenced to eleven years under a habitual-offender provision authorizing up to life imprisonment, his two-year probationary term was lawful.
