Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed Anderson’s convictions for carrying a concealed deadly weapon and misdemeanor resisting arrest. Applying its Rule 26(c) review and the sufficiency-of-the-evidence standard, the Court held that testimony from two officers supported a rational finding that Anderson removed a handgun from beneath his shirt and waistband after the officers had not previously seen it inside the vehicle. The Court found the appeal wholly without merit and deemed counsel’s motion to withdraw moot.
