Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the denial of Wyche’s first motion for postconviction relief. It held that his juror-misconduct claim was procedurally barred, that his claim concerning counsel’s failure to raise that issue on direct appeal was not reviewable absent plain error, and that newly asserted ineffective-assistance claims were waived.
