Summary

The Court held that Powell’s motion to obtain his sentencing order was not moot because the Board of Pardons requires applicants to submit both certified court dockets and sentencing orders. Because the Superior Court provided only the docket, the Court reversed and remanded for provision of certified copies of both documents.
