Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the Family Court’s order granting the Father visitation every other weekend. It held that the Family Court properly considered the Father’s admitted marijuana use and reasonably imposed supervision and drug-testing restrictions, and that the Mother did not establish grounds for emergency relief or show that child-support issues barred visitation.
