The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the Family Court’s custody order and denial of the father’s motion for reargument. It held that the Family Court properly applied the child’s best-interests standard, and that its factual findings, credibility determinations, and decision to give the mother final decision-making authority were adequately supported by the record. The Court also held that the father could not use reargument to raise a collateral-estoppel argument that he had not preserved at the custody hearing.
