Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the Family Court’s termination of Father’s parental rights. The Family Court properly found, by clear and convincing evidence, statutory grounds for termination based primarily on Father’s repeated drug convictions, incarceration, and inability to plan for or assume responsibility for the Child, and also properly found that termination was in the Child’s best interests.
