Supreme Court of Delaware

Wright v. State

June 20, 2018

Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the summary dismissal of Wright’s third postconviction motion. It held that his jurisdictional challenges based on alleged indictment defects and multiplicity were not viable for purposes of the jurisdictional exception because he had raised and lost those claims in earlier postconviction proceedings. The court therefore granted the State’s motion to affirm.
