Supreme Court of Delaware

Harris v. State

December 5, 2018

Summary

The Court affirmed Harris's conviction for possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. It held that the Superior Court did not abuse its discretion in denying disclosure of the confidential informant because the informant witnessed but did not participate in the transaction and had no information that would materially aid the defense. The Court also found no error in admitting the authenticated Facebook photographs and no plain error in the remaining unpreserved claims.
