Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the denial of Nathaniel Anderson’s fifth motion for postconviction relief. Anderson relied on a redacted Department of Justice letter concerning erroneous FBI hair-comparison testimony, but the record showed that the letter concerned another defendant and that the FBI analyst in Anderson’s case testified that no hair had transferred between Anderson and the victim. The claim was therefore procedurally barred and factually unsupported.
