Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the Family Court's contempt findings based on Father's failure to meet with the recommended doctor and participate in football arbitration, as well as the resulting award of limited medical decision-making authority to Mother. It reversed the contempt finding based on Father's refusal to attend joint counseling because the prior order did not require joint counseling, and it reversed the custody-schedule modification because Father lacked notice that custody modification would be considered at the contempt hearing. The matter was remanded for reinstatement of the prior custody schedule.
