Supreme Court of Delaware

Whiteman v. State

March 10, 2017

Summary

The Court affirmed the Superior Court’s denial of Whiteman’s sentence-correction motion because the appeal was untimely, repetitive, frivolous, and without merit. Applying its prior warning concerning repetitive challenges to Whiteman’s 1989 habitual-offender sentence, the Court also enjoined him from filing future appeals or extraordinary writs concerning that sentence without leave and the required affidavit.
