Summary

The Court affirmed Miller’s convictions and twenty-year sentence arising from his participation in a heroin-trafficking organization. It held that the search warrant remained supported by probable cause after allegedly false informant information was excised, that Miller was not entitled to an informant-disclosure hearing, and that circumstantial evidence supported his aggravated-heroin-possession conviction without chemical testing. The Court also affirmed three issues resolved on the same grounds as in a co-defendant’s appeal.
