The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed Harrison’s conviction for second-degree assault. Although the Superior Court initially stated that Harrison had to prove justification by a preponderance of the evidence, it corrected that error and applied the proper standard requiring the State to disprove justification beyond a reasonable doubt.
