Supreme Court of Delaware

Muldrow v. State

August 23, 2016

Summary

The Court affirmed the denial of Muldrow’s motions to withdraw his guilty plea and to compel production of original photographic lineups. It held that the plea was knowing, intelligent, and voluntary, and that Muldrow’s speculation about additional exculpatory evidence did not establish a fair and just reason for withdrawal. The Court also held that the voluntary and intelligent plea waived alleged pre-plea discovery defects.
