The Court affirmed the denial of Lambert’s motion to suppress evidence seized from his residence. Although the final signed search-warrant application was faxed after the search began, the violation was technical, was cured within minutes, and the evidence would inevitably have been discovered. The Court therefore held that exclusion was unnecessary.
