The Court sustained ODC’s objection and held that Respondent’s failure to comply with the CPA pre-certification condition of his private probation also violated Conduct Rule 8.4(d). The Court nevertheless approved the same sanction recommended by the Board: a public reprimand, immediate lifting of the interim suspension, reinstatement, and three years of public probation subject to specified conditions.
