Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed Green’s convictions for sexually assaulting his girlfriend’s thirteen-year-old daughter. It held that isolated testimony concerning Green’s alleged violence and threats, as well as a witness’s improper vouching, did not constitute plain error or cumulatively deprive Green of a fair trial, particularly in light of the overwhelming testimonial, medical, and DNA evidence.
