Summary

The Court affirmed the denial of Wright’s motion to correct sentence. It held that the suspended portion of his sentence after his second violation of probation did not illegally exceed the remaining Level V sentence and did not expose him to additional incarceration because any future third violation could result in no more than six months of Level V imprisonment.
