Storick v. CFG LLC

Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the Superior Court's judgment releasing garnished wages to CFG. It held that Storick waived his challenges to execution of the Delaware judgment and to the asserted statutory limit on multiple wage attachments by failing to object or appear when execution was noticed and by raising the latter claim only later. The Court also affirmed on grounds different from those relied upon by the Superior Court.
