Samans v. Department of Correction

Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the denial of Samans’s petition for a writ of mandamus. It held that Samans had no clear legal right to a particular prison classification and had not shown that the Department of Correction arbitrarily refused to perform a nondiscretionary duty.
