Supreme Court of Delaware

Order Re-Establishing the Criminal Justice Council of the Judiciary

August 19, 2015

Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware re-established the Criminal Justice Council of the Judiciary after the prior administrative directive creating it was rescinded during adoption of consolidated Judicial Branch operating procedures. The Council was assigned to evaluate and standardize problem-solving courts, improve statewide criminal-justice and juvenile-justice policy coordination, and help allocate rehabilitation, supervision, and placement resources using empirical evidence and collaboration with partner agencies.
